Help move community projects forward.

Support the planning and coordination of SECA’s Community Hub and garden-related initiatives. This role is less about hands-on gardening and more about helping organize projects, priorities, and next steps.

What the committee does:

  • Plans and coordinates Community Hub and garden-related projects

  • Moves ideas from concept through to implementation

  • Develops budgets and supports funding through grants and other sources

  • Navigates permitting and coordination with the City and external partners

  • Organizes priorities, timelines, and next steps

  • Works on both short-term improvements and longer-term community projects

  • Keeps initiatives structured, organized, and moving forward

Time commitment:
~4–6 hours per month

Who this is for:
Someone with project management, organizational, or administrative experience who enjoys helping bring community projects to life. Experience with budgeting, grants, or permitting is an asset but not required.
