  • Coordinate simple setup and takedown

  • Recruit and organize volunteers for each event

  • Work with the Events Committee to support planning and logistics

  • Be present at campfires to help host and oversee the event

What we’re looking for:

  • Organized and reliable

  • Friendly and community-minded

  • Comfortable coordinating small events and volunteers

  • Able to be present at scheduled campfire dates

Time commitment:

  • ~4–6 hours per month during campfire season (Dec–Apr)

  • Attendance at monthly campfire events

Good to know:

  • This is a well-established event (now in its 8th year) with a simple, proven format

  • You’ll be supported by SECA and the Events Committee
