Coordinate SECA’s major fundraising casino event and help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone organized and comfortable coordinating logistics over a longer timeline.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate SECA’s casino fundraising event (typically once every 18–24 months)

  • Complete the casino license application and required paperwork

  • Ensure SECA understands and follows all license terms and conditions

  • Secure the casino facility and coordinate required contracts

  • Arrange casino advisors for the event

  • Recruit and coordinate volunteers for all casino shifts

  • Maintain records of volunteers and assignments

What we’re looking for:

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable managing timelines and coordinating multiple steps

  • Strong communication and volunteer coordination skills

  • Able to follow processes and requirements carefully

Time commitment:

  • ~40–60 hours spread over ~18 months

  • Higher time closer to the event

Good to know:

  • This role does not need to be a Board position

  • You’ll work with SECA leadership and signing officers for contracts and approvals

  • A critical fundraising role that supports many SECA programs and initiatives

  • Must be a SECA member in good standing and follow SECA’s Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy
